The Foster Ranch

The Foster Ranch sits on 4,000 acres of Oklahoma land that has been in the Foster family for generations. The property traces its roots to Henry Vernon Foster, a pioneering oilman who helped shape the American energy industry from right here in Washington County. In the late 1920s, H.V. and his wife Marie built the ranch house in the Spanish style their daughters loved — and nearly a century later, it still stands as one of the most remarkable private estates in the state.

Today the ranch is exactly what it has always been: a private retreat, far from everything, on a scale most people have never experienced. Two private lakes, a pool, horses, cattle, and miles of open country in every direction. The heritage house sleeps 15–20 guests and comes with the kind of quiet you can only find on four thousand acres of your own.

We don't book rooms — we hand you the keys to the entire property. The ranch is yours for the duration of your stay, whether you're hosting a retreat for your community, bringing your team together, planning a wellness experience, or celebrating something that deserves a setting this extraordinary.
